At the beginning of the last century, from the Fallani laboratory among the vapors and the scents of cooked sugar, worked and pulled by hand, the first barley candies came out, as was used in the back of Florentine pharmacies.

Even today it is so, the Fallani candy, simple, delicate, made of few genuine ingredients, has accompanied entire generations of families for a century.

Our products have all the requirements to be real quality candies, but they have something extra: they are all cooked over direct heat, the oldest and most traditional method of cooking used by candy masters in the early 1900s.

This ancient cooking system allows the sugar to caramelize by releasing and highlighting unmistakable aromas and flavors. The market in recent years has become increasingly demanding, so the Fallani family with organic certification, was able to achieve a wide range of registered products, even on request; moreover it has succeeded in obtaining the IFS certification and the training for the production of gluten-free candies.

For 90 years the Fallani family has been guaranteeing the production of its candies with the direct fire cooking method, paying the utmost attention to detail.

Our craftsmanship has not changed over the years, indeed it has remained our strong point.

This feature allows us to offer a 360-degree service even for the most demanding consumer, trying to create products that our customers can boast of having customized everything possible: taste, wrapping, pack, recipe, graphics.
